Here are the basic steps to a typical remodel:
  1. We have a phone call about what you are interested in remodeling, and set a time for QDM to visit the home and assess.
  2. At the home assessment the team will inform the homeowner of the possibilities and challenges with what they are hoping to do.
  3. This is when the Interior Designer gets involved. Together, the Contractor and Interior Designer can help the client dream big while staying in the budget. All cards are on the table. 
  4. Measurments are taken, and an appointment to choose products is now made.
  5. The Interior Designer sets up the structural drawings so everything is crystal clear when demolition starts.
  6. Products are ordered and demolition begins when QDM gets notice that all shipments have arrived.

Of course this is just an overview. There are many moving parts to building a dream kitchen, bath or deck, but we hope you feel a little less intimidated now that you see the process.
